STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- General Provisions
The present Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all sales, services, and event registrations provided by AURA by ERP Systems LLC ("AURA") through its website or directly. By placing an order or registering for an event, the client accepts these Terms without reservation. Any deviation from these Terms shall only be valid if expressly agreed upon in writing by AURA. - Invoicing and Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 21 working days unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order confirmation. In case of delayed payment, AURA reserves the right to apply a fixed interest rate of 10% on the outstanding amount. Additionally, AURA may suspend the provision of services or event access without prior notice.
If payment remains overdue for more than sixty (60) days, AURA reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency, with all associated legal costs borne by the client. - Taxes and Withholding
In jurisdictions where withholding taxes apply, the client is responsible for remitting the necessary amounts to local tax authorities. Under no circumstances will AURA cover costs related to the client’s local legislation. Invoices are due in full, exclusive of such withholding amounts. - Service Provision and Obligations
AURA commits to providing high-quality services within agreed timeframes. However, the company’s obligations are considered "best efforts" and not an obligation to achieve specific results. AURA shall not be liable as a third party in any legal disputes between the client and third parties, including end consumers. - Event Registrations
Event registrations made through AURA’s website are considered binding. In case of event cancellations or changes, AURA will inform participants in a timely manner. Refunds or credits, if applicable, will be governed by specific event terms available at the time of registration. - Product Returns
Product returns are regulated in accordance with Georgian legislation. Under the Georgian Civil Code, the client has the right to return a purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt if the product does not meet the order specifications, is defective, or has other faults. The product must be returned undamaged, intact, and in the same condition as received, including complete packaging and all accompanying accessories.
The customer is required to provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). AURA reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged due to improper use by the client or if the above conditions are not met. Return terms do not apply to non-stock and custom-made products, as well as digital products, if the client has already used the product. - Claims and Disputes
Any claims related to the provision of services or event registrations must be sent by registered mail to AURA’s registered office within 8 days of delivery or service provision. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All contractual relations will be governed exclusively by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Georgian courts. - Modifications to the Terms
AURA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be available on the AURA website and will apply to all new transactions from the date of publication.
By engaging with AURA by ERP Systems LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
