These terms apply to every visitor and customer of erpsystems.ge and the AURA portal, operated by ERP Systems LLC, a company registered in Georgia.
2. What we provide
We provide odoo-based ERP implementation, integration, training, and support services to businesses in Georgia and the wider region, together with the AURA modules described on this site. Specific deliverables, prices, and timelines for each customer are set out in a separate written agreement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to send unlawful or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, run automated scrapers that interfere with service availability, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these rules.
4. Accounts
If you create an AURA portal account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the AURA name, and the AURA module code unless we tell you otherwise — belongs to ERP Systems LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.
6. Third-party services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms (odoo, banks, the Georgian Revenue Service, the Ministry of Health). Their availability, terms, and pricing are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages or changes to those third-party platforms.
7. Disclaimers
We provide the site "as is" and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the site is provided for general guidance; it does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, ERP Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
