Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies and similar storage technologies erpsystems.ge uses, who sets them, why they exist, and how long they last. It complements our Privacy Policy and reflects the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection.

By continuing to use the site, you agree to our use of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. For every other category, we ask for your explicit opt-in through the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. “Similar technologies” covers data stored directly in your browser, such as localStorage and sessionStorage. While not technically cookies, they carry similar privacy implications, which is why we disclose them here.

We categorize them by origin:

• First-party — set directly by erpsystems.ge or by the infrastructure that hosts it.

• Third-party — set by external services embedded in the page. erpsystems.ge does not load third-party trackers unless you opt in to the matching category.

Everything we store falls into one of three categories:

• Strictly necessary: Required for the site to function, for security, and for features you directly request. Always on. No consent is required by law because without these, the site cannot deliver the service you came for.

• Analytics: Help us understand which pages are visited, where visitors drop off, and what to improve. Off by default. Loaded only after you opt in.

• Marketing: Used to measure ad campaigns and personalize content on third-party sites. Off by default. Loaded only after you opt in.

The banner on your first visit lets you accept all categories, reject everything non-essential, or pick categories individually. The same control is always available from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

The table below lists every cookie and browser-storage key the site uses as of the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Names starting with aura_ are set by our application. Cloudflare items are set by our hosting provider.

We host the site on Cloudflare, which sets the security cookies listed in the table to protect against bots and abuse. Cloudflare's traffic analytics product operates without cookies and is recognized as a privacy-friendly alternative by EU regulators.

We load Google Tag Manager — a container that hosts tracking scripts such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels. The container itself sets no cookies. Until you grant analytics or marketing consent, Google Consent Mode v2 holds every tracking signal in the denied state, so no measurement, advertising, or personalization data leaves your browser. The moment you accept a category from the banner, the matching signals are upgraded and the corresponding tags start firing; cookies set by those tags are added to the table above as we wire them up.

You have three ways to manage cookies on erpsystems.ge:

• Consent banner: On your first visit, choose “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential”, or “Manage preferences” for a per-category toggle.

• Footer link: The “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page reopens the preferences panel at any time.

• Browser: Every modern browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies for a specific site. Refer to your browser's documentation. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site.

Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

We may update this policy when we add a new cookie or service, change how long something is stored, or to reflect legal updates. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. If we add a new toggleable category, the banner will re-appear to ask you to confirm your choices again.
